The service ThinkTank OS provides a self-assessment tool for personal development and cognitive self-awareness. It is not a medical device, clinical diagnostic instrument, or substitute for professional mental health care. Results are based on your own self-report. 3. Your account You are responsible for keeping your login credentials secure and for activity under your account. You must be at least 18 years old, or have the consent of a parent or guardian. 4. Payments Paid plans are billed in advance at the price shown at checkout. PRO access begins when payment is confirmed and continues for the period purchased. Prices may change for future renewal periods. 5. Acceptable use Do not misuse the service, attempt to access other users' data, interfere with its operation, or use it to break any law. 6. Intellectual property The service, its assessment instrument, scoring engine, and content are owned by ThinkTank OS and its licensors. Your assessment responses and reports are yours to use for personal purposes. 7. Disclaimers The service is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind. To the fullest extent permitted by law, ThinkTank OS is not liable for decisions you make based on your results. 8. Changes We may update these terms.
